The Stirlingshire Cup is a Scottish club football competition with participants drawn primarily from the former county of Stirlingshire, in central Scotland - as well as Dumbarton and Alloa Athletic, the sole teams of their respective counties, which both border Stirlingshire. The tournament is held annually during the first few months of the season. The competition has run from 1883/84 [1] almost uninterrupted, with the exceptions being the World War periods and the 2008/09 season.

The six competing teams are split into two groups of three, with each team playing their group opponents once. The two group winners then meet in the final. For the 2010/11 season the cup has reverted to a straight knock-out competition, but the competition is always liable to change.
